Effective Date: 03rd March, 2025
We follow a transparent and fair refund policy for our IT services.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital and IT projects, the following are non-refundable:
- Work already initiated
- Development/design work completed
- Digital deliverables shared
- Monthly service packages already in progress
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund may be considered only if:
- No work has been started
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment
- The project was canceled by us (rare cases)
3. Advance Payment
All projects require a non-refundable advance to begin work.
4. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels:
- Work completed to date will be billed
- Remaining amount may be partially refunded (case-by-case)
5. Project Cancellation by Company
If we cancel due to internal reasons:
- A full or partial refund will be provided
- Based on work progress
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days.
